It doesn't matter really. Whether or not they move, it still fucks over our dps, especially considering pirate stab can't go off in that time when the mob turns around to look at us. Really pisses me off when my parses get fucked like that.

Not true strictly as stated - you cannot use Revoke from the direct rear, while you can use the others there.

So they only issue: Is there an overlap of the "flanking" part of "front/flanking", and "rear/flanking".

I always thought it was front-180 vs rear-180, but I have to admit I seem to remember firing them all from the same, somewhat flanking position.

Perhaps this is what you meant? Maybe its front-180, rear-240 or some-such? Or maybe we get lucky and at times are *exactly* at "180" lol?

I think the mob just had 3 parts. Front, flanking, and ass crack. I don't think it's as complicated as Front/flanking and rear/flanking.

Flanking means the sides of the mob(as in from 45-135 and 225-315, if you consider 0 as the face of the mob). Rear is the 135-225 area, and front is 315-45.
