I noticed another difference is that he's using the Rallos cloak and I'm using Garanel's Mantle Maybe it's a combination of things but geez, I still have more str, better crit, and better weapons.

I'm pretty sure he doesnt have as many masters as me since I've checked his buffs and they're not all masters. I also know that he doesnt use the crit/str potions. I've tweaked my combat arts to correspond with my g15 keyboard.

screenshot your attack progression IE what order you fire off your combat arts.

Also, he doesn't have sailwind.. Your in trouble unless you figure out if its just masters or method of attacking... i seriously suggest going up to tips and tricks and reviewing and tweaking.

I've found DW to spam to my hearts content... with all combat arts up and without using my 2 self buffs last night with Dirge, Inquis, Zerker, warden, Brigand (me) and monk.. i was hitting 1.8k - 2.5k on most fights in EH 1st floor. If that helps at all =)

Like I said before, you'll solve the problem when you do an ACT parse of both of you in the same raid, and compare the DETAILS.

Anything else is pure guesswork.

So do the parse, find out where his "extra" damage is coming from, and you will have your answer.

with your setup Jona i did between 2.5 and 3k without self buffs and that was before the changes went live and I was STR WiS
using Soulfire Gladius or AoNo

DWing the Sabre and Axe of Natural Order, I parse plenty higher then that now in EH. I kind of expect them to balance the DWing more at some point.

Still only dropped one time for us so far. Keep getting caster or healer ones.
