Of course, power has been a problem for me as a brigand and I was wondering if I put a power proc adornment on both of my weapons...will it proc on both...it just almost seemed to be too good to be true...any ideas or has anyone tried it? If it doesn't work then I would assume that one of the +piercing or slashing adornments would be thge next best runner up overall

YES it will proc off both (its like running mental breech fulltime)

In my opinion, its

1. mana tap
2. life tap
3. +skill
4. damage proc
5. +damage
