i have seen full spell lists for RoK and let me assure you that it is definitely gay

here's a hint: some dev thought to themselves "what do brigands do?" and then they thought "how can i leverage off of that?" but then they forgot to ask themselves "would EVEN ONE BRIGAND IN THE WHOLE GODDAMN WORLD be excited to have this ability on their hotbar?"

if you cant answer #3 with "yes", then you've fucked up.

edit/add-- here's another hint: i'm not in beta and haven't seen the spell actually on a hotbar, but, lets just say it probably doesnt have a red background... or blue... or green.. or purple.. or yellow..

so, boys and girls, what does that leave? are you getting a bad feeling about this yet? you should be.

we get a GODDAMN BUFF... to buff other ppl (non preds/rogues) to increase their resist debuffs...

its only 5 days till release now anyway and i so hope they change that fucking useless shit and also revamp 3 + 7 set bonus for VP brigand class armor effects...
