it was nerfed significantly. i think it lost the CA/spell damage and the crit mods were decreased by 2/3. i think it kept the haste and casting haste. may have gone a bit too far, but that's open to discussion.

can anyone gimme the racial traits i just know about a AE DD yet on a 1min recast

the DE racial is overpowered but id fency more poison charges tbh

I am quite happy with being a Ratonga...then again....Ratongas have always been amazing. 2% melee crit and a piercing mod is always welcome in my house.
