Does anyone know if Enhance: Dispatch(ed) or tenure applies first for the duration? just wondering if the 5set brig set bonus would apply before tenure or not.

well my question is really if anyone know which order they get applied in, as in if the 2.5sec from enhance gets applied first tenure would add more since the 12% would equal more after the ehance.
