The FD is pretty damn sick, the only problem is to get to it you have to bend over and get ass raped by a blind, dumb, and deaf ranger with a strap on.
laugh now... wait until you get a reflected mirror and want to go solo farm RoK dungeons. your STA/INT spec wont be so hilarious then!
Screw stamina just to get HP. Id be going full DPS spec with int line for FD. In EOF gear, you can pretty well solo any single heroic with any bit of moving room. FD is there for the tight situations. I think you just infatuated with STA line.
