My gear is fairly good, not great- some EoF Fabled, RoK Legendary, using Soulfire Sabre and Anaphylaxis, Str/Agi, Boot Dagger specced, all Adept III with Rob mastered, adorned, the whole bit.
I am spamming CA's after debuff progression but suspect my CA order may be iffy.
What should I be doing to fine tune?
Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Dumb question - hows your hit/miss? You can set up a chat tab to show misses(red)/warnings(yellow) - it's pretty handy for seeing if you're too far away from the mob or in the wrong position for something to hit (some people have set up ACT to beep at them when the warnings come up). If you're seeing a lot of red, you might want to check your + pierce and weapons and fiddle with them a bit. + piece (with your weapons) will help - especially on those orange mobs that Pantz just mentioned. + 5 = 1 level
If you're seeing a lot of yellow, you're not in the right spot.
Play around with weapons a bit - don't be too attached to Soulfire. The lower level *may* not be hitting as well as it could be vs. mobs 75 or higher.
Someone mentioned Sidestab over Rob for Master II - that's a small change, but I've been meaning to respec and suck it up on the loam. Boot dagger is quick, but not having to fire off anything before sidestab & the shorter recast/nonstealth seem to make it a better choice. That won't make or break dps, though.
- you said you're all adept III, so your abilities you're using with double up are upgraded, so that's good.
- Gear probably see the gear thread, but just fyi: if you have previous tier Fabled that enhances a CA, those enhancements will not work for abilities upgraded in RoK.
Tinkering with CA's is a good idea and they can always be fine tuned - I'm not going to make any suggestions there because I'm all over the place depending on the mob. If I'm aiming for straight DPS vs. Utility, my parse will look quite different.
Anyhoo, don't be too hard on yourself. If things feel screwy now, they will click into place soon. Every new tier = a shakeup and a readjustment period. Remember also that our dps is all over the place depending on who we have for buffs. With a dirge/inquis/coercer I'm at the top of the parse - without the dirge I drop considerably. After a while you'll know why your parse is low if it's low, and what you did right if it's high.
If you just started T8, you probably went into Thuuga? Did you have cure potions/resist potions on you? Freedom of Action/Freedom of Mind come in handy - if you're feared or stunned, it's hard to dps!

Those aren't long zones, either - not a ton of trash vs. named, so your ZW may be a bit different than it would, say, in DT or another longer zone where there's plenty of trash between named fights.
