Fix shit that's broken and give us new content. But don't nerf a spell that hasn't been 100% reliable for ages anyway.
So now we're the only class with a spell that doesn't get affected by Luck of the Dirge?

I guess the brigand epic explicitly specify that it affects amazing reflexes,and 'they' didn't want to make it 'overpowered'.

So instead of getting some new extra ability through the epic weapon we'll just get AR back to its current proccing level

Or maybe I'm just over pessimistic

Nah, that probably sums it up, this Makes me almost glad I just retired my Brigand because my guild neede a new MT.
I hope the Dev that thought up this change gets it up the ass by a Wild Donkey with Genital Herpes.

They're supposedly revamping VP set gear, so that may be involved as well - possibly a changed set bonus?

Though honestly, I am not COMPLETELY against this, as long as whatever buff that they put onto whatever item(s) leaves us OVER whatever the proc chance might have been with luck of the dirge + propagations + temp buff. I doubt that this is the case, but who knows, I'll try to stay positive for now.

If it IS on the weapon, it may be nice, as it may be put on a successful attack proc instead of a ca-only trigger, which could make keeping the spell up even easier.

tbh i dont see it as such a big thing, im always in a grp with fury/troub/illu wizy /summoner and i dont suffer very adversely from no proc increase to my AR.
just seems yet another pointless change to the game and to brigands.
