If there's going to be a change, and I really doubt there will. I'd like to see a hybrid solution along the lines of

10 sec AE immunity on cast of buff
buff lasts until cancled and works the way it currently does.
1sec + 1% increase per aa point applied

This would let you put it up for sure on a pull or something and then continue to either use your cas optimistically/strategically to proc the additional immunity. Or alternatively, put it up and then cancel it and then be able to put it up reliably after the minute recast timer expires.

Joust all the way, but still sometimes when bards/druids slacked it saved my ass. They have better changed it to the way the dirge self-prevent in STR aa line works.

TBH I'd be annoyed if AR was changed from the way it works now. I don't want a bard/swashie/druid clickie buff.

It works fine as it is now, pls stop fucking with it!

They have to fuck with it every 12 months; it's written in the EULA.

Havent depended on it since the NERF. I joust and lose DPS. Or pop on Safehouse and stay in till I get killed once then I joust. I think the only reason I use it sometimes is cause its on my buff bar and its a habit. Whats another nerf to a pretty useless CA, I cannot seem to work up any anger over it.

Now the piece of crap that is Thieves Guild! That I can get much anger over!

I don't want this to be clicky at all. THAT is going to kill our dps on lots of fights. I pretty much never joust wing beat, and I never get affected by any of the short range stuns/fears in the lower tier raids, and I don't ever find myself holding back to make sure I can get AR up on pretty much any mob other than silverwing.

I don't know, maybe it's all about ca rotation as Pantz suggested.

But either way, a clicky would KILL my dps, especially in a zone like VP where one actual bonus I have to get up on the parse is being able to just stay in the entire damn time and smack the mob.

that Sir would be a reason to cancel my sub but im pretty sure exactly this will be the onlyy effect on it
I can see the assassin epic already in front of me on a succesfully melee attack caster will do critical dmg for 10sec
