Some other items, like Coil of the Vile Spawn, can stop it from proc'ing. It's supposed to be fixed in LU42 or a daily update any time I think.

And as far as i know one existing instance of this proc on the mob will prevent other from proc'ing

ok i learned alot reading this topic but there still one q on my side:

if i aint using wis-line where the hell do i put the AAs in to get the most out of dw ?

Int for boot dagger, then max out the AA CA's ( torp strike, walk the plank, boot dagger ). That is the most dps oriented route u can go for DW imo.

4-4-8 sta
4-1 int

yes it's not purely dps oriented but still the tradeoff for 10-15 dps (i think so?) is hp and utility loss..
