Are you sure? Ive been told it drops deep in sebilis of a lvl 75 mob. But i cannot confirm that rumor.

After that the guy you need to speak with is in Riliss called Natoss the Seen. You then need to head over toward the norther KJ zonein and go behind a rock on the right hand side of the trail.

A group of mobs spawns which need to be killed. 1 - ^^^ heroic and 4 ^^ heroics.

here is what i've been pasting over and over to the ww channel (note im only on step 4 due to low rliss faction)

1: wanted poster off iksar insurgents in JW in venrils crown
2: kill 85+++ (need healer) -314, 42, -209 kj (1 head per kill)
3: turn in head at JW docks
4: -1296, 4, -406 caravan fens hail then kill (need max rliss + sath lang + duoable if u dont suck)
5: [a crate of tanned raptor hides] turn into gnome in JW docks (cred bb.durabolin)

Btw the poacher in KJ is a triggered pop, so no camp on him.
