well, my wow effect was granted, as i saw the stats, and didn't care about the procs... as i saw the other epics, as example the assa, and started to compare, the wow effect was gone... and went much lower as i realized the truth in yobor's reply. still the best weapon for us i ever saw, but its based only on stats now. there r so many obah procs on the epics, but we didn't got any of them.
/petition to remove the spinning effect. its so gay... makes the weapon's look like a baby's toy. can still hear the lullaby too...

who gives a shit about stats anyway? stats are nice to have, beyond 820 they are less important.

the effects are just not what a brigand desires to have.

umm, meant the weapon stats. damage range, crits, da. soz for misunderstood.

well those are nice, but is supposed to be as that as it is a mythical tbh. bards got really shafted with their 3.5s delay mythical

either way, really need to revamp those 3 effects on the brigand mythical, we seriously lack the "WOW" - effect other mythical weapons have :/

Not right now you don't... it's max damage on a ca ignoring all modifiers. There are a few threads around about it.

Assuming it gets fixed though, yeah, it would be hot.

well all the rogues got the shaft with their proc on the weapons! The Swash getting a Dmg reduction on TS ( which can be overwritten by a Brigs TS) is laughable as well!

Looking at the porc, it seems to become even more clear to me that SoE wants to push us to T2 dps by all means.
So average joe asssassin, will have no difficulty to outparse us, and won't cry murder no more ... and we all know that VP will likely be tuned down further 6 month down the line when all the screaming starts that people can not complete their quest because it is toooo difficult (like Mayong in EoF).

While I'd gladly take any Dps procs, I doubt we have any chance to get anything out of SoE!

Heck, I even would have been more happy with any mod to AR! (either proc rate, duration or both).
Or something to drastically lower a mobs avoidance, somthing BIG which could help the raid vs high con mobs!

Lot's of it is wishfull thinking, and the way SoE runs, we wont see anything ...
