I posted this in the other thread, but I'm going to repeat it here cause this is more associated with the mythical weapon:

Is it just me or are other people a tad disappointed in the effects?

20 attack speed debuff is useless. We already debuff for 37 and 25 with master and the MC poison. There are at least 6 other classes that can debuff attack speed. Attack speed has a max debuff to 50% - is this debuff going to do anything at all? - really doubt it.

The rest of them are cool, but I guess after seeing everyone else getting these raid wide effects I have epic envy. Where's our raid wide?

Yes, we are a debuff / dps class - how about something akin to a TG raidwide?

It's still, obviously, an incredible weapon and I'm going to get one - but where's the AR love? where's the raid wide effect?

Also - I wonder if the 30% CA increase is capped with the + CA damage stuff or stacks with it?

The 30% increase should work on the flanking OR behind attacks as well, imo technically they are rear attacks because of the "OR behind"!!!

So we should all /petition to get that changed so we can have 8 cas effected instead of 4...

damn, I assumed they would work cause of the OR behind. petition incoming..
I think whoever has one should /bug it and just assume that they should work but don't.

Hey, I know I don't play a brigand and all that jazz, but out of curiosity is the 30% combat art boost effected by the +CA dmg cap?

That is the real question.
I'd -hope- that it acts like WOCP does for mages, and it increases the base damage of the CA, and therefore isn't including in the +damage cap, and actually increases the amount of +damage that can be applied to the spell/ca

if it is treated as +ca damage, then that is fucking retarded. lol
