    Default Good brigand race

    Are there any races that are more suited to brigands specifically? I heard troll is a good one, also half elf.

    I like Barbarian a lot. 1% crit, da, and 5 parry; 3% health buff, str passive buff, a passive buff that increases your defensive abilities when under 30%, and an uber uber uber sprint buff that gets you up to 100% runspeed for as long as you can stay above 0 power :P

    Oh, and a +chemistry buff - since Alchemist is obviously a good tradeskill profession for a rogue

    The correct answer: Nothing that any race gets is game-changing enough to choose that race just for an extra point or two of some stat. Even the relatively unique fae abilities (faefall/longjump) are replacable by items that you can macro in.

    Choose what race YOU think looks coolest, and one you'll be happy to stare at for all those hours you play your character.

    (Now with that said, I made my brigand a human long before they added in these racial abilities, and I am satisfied with what we get. I love the pacify ability while doing solo/heroic content. The +7 to all offensive and defensive skills is pretty nice too at low levels.)

    There ARE a few unique things that absolutely can't be gotten elsewhere... Barbarian sprint buff, kerra and sarnak additional runspeed clickies are pretty much (at least currently) unattainable. You can probably squeek your runspeed up to like 80% if you switch out a ton of gear and get very specific items, but those 3 buffs will let you hit 100% for a period of time with no gear switching.
