imo, the cloak is still a piece of shit, I'd take a mistmoore cloak over it any day if I had to take cloak as my haste slot. It's terrible for a tier up and a mob that's WAY harder than t7 mayong. You lose some hp, sure, but otherwise the 2 crit more than make up for that.

Also for ranged buff slot the Flesh-shredder Satchel is one of the best. Easily toss it in the slot when not actually ranging a mob. For ranged combat bows > thrown weapons.

To Kurogo's post yes the Assassin stud dropped the other day in CoA cause I won it and had it transmuted lol. Must be the same type of random shared loot drop as like lets say, the nil box? I have seen that box drop in COA and in Sebilis. /shrug
