How much DA % do you need before this is true? If you have no DA gear for example, I presume it's better to run with wis line, but how high up do you need to go before you should get rid of the wis line? Also, can anyone recommend a spec presuming low DA?

atm it is only viable if you have the mythical and buffed less than 30% DA (with items), so actually it is not really viable at all, as when you have your mythical you can get like 30% DA selfbuffed already.

Auto attacks will land in between CA's.

sad as it seems. dps went up when i started doing 2 combat arts, waiting for an auto attack to land, and 2 more combat arts.. Depends on your weapons really.

how high were you parsing at 80 before raid gear pantz? i'm at 2k average and dont have my epic yet, is this too low? i specced like you did but i cast in a different order

This may be a stupid question, or the fact that this post might be outdated, but out of strict curiosity, what is the exact point of putting 5 points into Sneak in the EoF line, with Sailwind? It caps out at 1.0 speed with only 4 points. Is the 5th point just to put there to aim for Safehouse?
