Re: Retiring as mod
Same shit, don't want to see PvP stuff here.
No need to be a PvP player to handle PvP thread here, just need redirect to PvP dedicated Forum.
Btw, if I was a raider, I'll propose myself for mod cause I like this place and really don't want to see it change in next weeks/monthes
Too bad, I'm a fuckin old casual (but regular) player, sucks to be me
So I'm voting Choadley.

Re: Retiring as mod
Yobor, or mendanbar.
Reason being both have a deep knowledge about our class, and end game mechanics, both raid end game to my knowledge, and both are active and post here, trying to better the community as a whole.
Also both more or less know the problems the brig faces today, and offer suggestions on what could be done to help the class.
Just my 2 cents /shrug.
Edit : I forgot about choadley!!! Neways, choad is awesome too and imo he's up there with yobor and mendanbar. Any of the 3 choices imo would be a great mod to have.

Re: Retiring as mod
No way to PVP mod in this section. Hopefully the people mentioned for Mod won't be quitting soon.

Someone who mods this board should want to do it and/or care have some compassion about the game. Something I don't want to do and/or have.
Sorry but this decision has nothing to do with the OTHER thread. You almost got me to bust out though with your little bitches comment though.. almost.

However, someone who has played on a PVP server, and especially in exile, has at least some feel for what it's like to be on a PVE server. Therefore, the PVP'er has a broader perspective of what the game has to offer in comparison to the PVE'er, and therefore, I believe, is well rounded and has as much to offer as anybody else.

the only thing someone needs to do is spend 5-10 minutes sifting through your post history on eq2flames, and they will very quickly ascertain that you are in no way moderator material.
the only thing separating you from the completely worthless, blithering, biased, close minded trolls is the fact that you use proper grammar. despite your claims of extensive experience with gaming, you have little to no idea of what game balance means and seek only to selfishly benefit yourself by narrowmindedly focusing your rants on whatever aspect of the game you currently deem to be unfair (to you).
i mean shit, i'm not volunteering for the job either, but the readership of these brigand boards WILL drop if for some crazy reason they put you in a position of even moderate and power/influence here.
p.s. thanks for all the hard work you've done, pantz, this board has always been a great place to stop by every once in awhile. =)
