Ok dummies....Racials were revamped with RoK meaning 75% those ratonga brigands weren't picked with the RoK racials in mind.

15% stealth > all so that limits you down to Dark Elf, Ratonga, Kerra (I think that's all)

Now you must choose between the 3

Dark Elf: Fury of Innoruk, +25% poison triggers
Ratonga: +25% poison triggers
Kerra: 50% runspeed buff

Sure there are other minor quirks but that's the major stuff in my opinion.
I chose Kerra because that runspeed buff is great...even in raiding it's nice when fighting a mob with a knockback cuz you get back into the fight quicker.

For pure dpsing it's pretty clear that dark elfs are #1 because of fury of innoruk and +2 double attack where most races got +2 crit.

What do you think of ogre for a brigand? Stun immunity ability and increased mitigation. From a PvP perspective.

Ogre and troll are both valid for pvp.. Both get a racial stun, very useful. I think troll gets 1% double attack & +1 crit +5 slashing and a fear immunity (Brigand epic, and plenty of other weapons are slashing). Ogre gets 2% crit, +5 aggression (aggression would help the taunt debuff land) and the stun immunity.

I'm not a pvper, but I'm guessing the stun immunity would be more useful than the fear immunity, but there are plent of classes who can fear so the troll one wouldn't be useless.

Ok so now the problem is since i've had my race for almost 2 years before RoK can I pick another race without rerolling another toon? My guess is NO so human I will be.

even if we were given a a race respec it wouldnt make me take one of the new hot shit races with some cool innate abilities

i just like the look of a rance i dont care what they bring to the table when it comes to innate abilities and soe

I have done this for both DE eyes and Ratonga eyes...I am a kerran brig and have been for at least a year and a half. My race is cool and I like the racial traits I get from it, however I get sick of the constant oxymoron of a badass pussy...
