Being quite a decent weapon, \aITEM 566560114 1842422081:Battleaxe of Venom\/a puzzles me by its proc. It seems not to go off at all while the mob is debuffed by a brigand epic/mythical proc. However, if the proc from Axe sticks on the mob our epic veapon proc still works just fine. WTF one more bugged proc? Can we all flame the official forum and get this fixed?

dont bring pvp in here, question was about that proc beeing bugged, if it is, would be a shame, considered to get me one of that axe as im using the serrator as offhand weapon to the mythical.
y was thinking myself about one as the weapon is pretty nice tho considering the ease to get it but if it messes up wioth our class specific weapon it sucks bigtime

I don't have the axe yet, but thought maybe I could help you.Put a custom trigger in act to flag for when your epic and the weapon proc. You can then setup a spell timer (for the duration of the effect) to pop in your spell window so you can see easier then just looking at the maintained buff bar.
I think its a luck thing...but if you can live long enough to try it out on the training wall...that should give you an answer for sure.
Maybe /testcopy yourself to the test server so you can parse it in a non PVP environment.
