Curious to see how this parses. Just picked one up tonight helping a friend with his pally alt epic. Hate losing the 5 crit from Ganak Torque though! =/

You guys run vitality poison or just let your group healer know that you are wearing?

I use Lifespike in offhand, so I figure that will help quite a bit as well. Guess I will see for myself Wednesday in VP. Figure I will just wear it for trash and maybe Kluzen.... Intersting item though for sure.

I guess it used to be bugged and gave extra dps before. I do not know if its worth it now.

It only gave extra dps(30%) from tuesday(the 17th) patch until monday(the 23rd) patch. Every other day it's been giving the 10% Base CA Damage.

Either way, is it worth it with the latest changes? Yes, even more so. The healing required is even less than it was before. It's better than any other neck slot you can get for 95% of fights.

Thanks for the clarification. Will see if Lifespike can keep up with incoming dmg. If needed, I can always switch to vitality. However, in the DPS group, my Inquis does a fine job of keeping me healthy. :D Oh, and I did a search and had my question answered about losing the 5 crit from the torque. Thanks Pinski!

If an Inquisitor can't keep you up with a Choker, boot that Inquisitor and find a healer that can, especially with the fact that it's now a flat 5% of max HP so it'll do barely anything to most people.

Ah hell man, this inquis handles the whole group and parses high....good point, I will not need to worry about it. ;)
