Defiler might be different but I have no problem with ppl wearing them , I actually encourage it...so if your brigand is stuck in mage group you have no reason to die.

BTW was always sure the feedback of choker breaks reflexes..Then it's not that useful on all those mobs with stun/stifle aoes

I where one my self and in the tank group have no problem healing an enchanter,swash,dirge and myself on trash wherein them with me and Snark, our reactive mit buff soaks most of the damage up anyways. I have also been in a dps group all had chokers including my self and still did decent dps while keeping everyone up, I only lost maybe 400 dps which we gained alot more than that.
