i doubt its a full 1%, ACT rounds it up... check the actual ZW damage divided by swipe dmg next time (just checked a SOH trash parse and its about 0.6% for me actually)

and while weapon skills are nearly useless, they arent TOTALLY useless. as the mob's con increases the curve of skills needed to maintain your expected hit rate rises dramatically. it's just so fucking steep that it's almost hopeless. =)

I am just pissed my auto attack hit % after all the Damn skill mods is only 10% higher than a mage that likes to auto attack. (it actually raises his parse by 85 DPS by autoattacking so i say more power to him).
