I use appeal a lot - more on myself lately, but on anyone who pulls agro.
If one person in particular is getting chewed up a lot and it's not their own goofy fault, I make a macro for 'em. I have one for myself that I whack before AE's or anytime I pull agro (lol if I'm not already dead).
