yeah this makes no sense. I am missing how you can have adept 3 at 31 attack speed debuff and "3 aas" as you claim plus a mythical and only have 32 debuff. That makes no sense to me. Three points alone into the aa would net you +6 to the debuff. Making it 37 adept 3 not including mythical 10 percent.

Life makes sense now. You asshole brigands including myself are looking at ca's with additions (aa, or mythical). Without the additions adept 3 is actually 24 attacks speed, 10 percent then 6 points puts you at 32. Thank baby jesus you aren't as stupid as I thought Etain, yay for brigands around Norrath.
