Main Hand & Off-Hand

As far as the Main hand and off hand is concerned, I heard that having a high delay like {4.0} and a lower delay in the off hand {2.0-3.0}. is better then having a 4.0 delay in the off hand? any truth to this, because it doesn't sound right to me.

also for a non-raiding brigand whats the best Combo? {Occasional pick up raid.} Havoc + Carotidcutter or Havoc + Battleaxe of Venom?

No, it's not better. You would fuck up your timing.

Havoc (Fabled) suck. Battleaxe of Venom and Segmented Serrator would probably be a good combo.

I disagree. Havoc (fabled or not) and Battleaxe of Venom. I'd say the only weapon better than Havoc in T1/early SoH would be the Battleaxe of Venom, so use 'em both. With +4 crit and a damage proc, Havoc > Segmented Serrator.

Do you even know how much harder Segmented hit than Havoc?
Segmented > Havoc. Almost Soulfire is better than Havoc.

So, is it Carotidcutter > Segmented Serrator just because it has 5DA? No!

MUCH Higher Damage Spread > MC or DA.

I know I currently use the Myth + Seg atm, cuz it's all I got for the time being. SO I can't say I have something else to compare seg to, but I can say that it hits pretty damn hard.

best combo would be lifespike + battleaxe i guess atm, for casuals.
