Brigand epic changes

Umm.. Ut oh..

Epic Weapon changes in GU47.

Havoc, Blade of Treachery ( Brigand )

* Instead of giving haste to the brigand the proc will now lower their casting time

I'm going to need some serious reuse buffs.. I'm going to be out of combat arts hardcore really fast.

And its the only item in game that effects brigs reuse.

BTW, i stand corrected.. 2 items in game effect brigand reuse and for a blistering 10% if you happen to have both of them.

lets do the math, 60 second recast on many combat arts.... -10% = 54 seconds reuse....

Hmmm. Not sure why they would make a change like that. While I welcome the reuse reduction, it does not seem inline with the bonus from the haste proc.

Also, I agree with Devastatin--if there were some viable reduction items, aside from the rareashell cloak, that would be super.

Still would rather have the weapon as-is.

Thats right Pinksi.. you were right.. but the sediment is still the same, this isn't going to change much unless your reuse is upgraded to all hell.

I think a truly positive change would be making the haste proc a groupwide proc, but that is just me. ;)
