Is there an Easy Haste item for us brigs to obtain?

Maybe I'm blind, but I can't seem to find anything on Haste items... and there is never an option to look up haste in a slot... So what Haste item do I need to get and then what is an easy one to get in the interim.

For a cheaper alternative, there is the T8 Mastercrafted cloak. I suppose you can also use cloak of flames HQ, but that is a horrendous pain in the ass.

Best money is on the baldrik, as listed above--and you get 2 crit as well...

To be exact the collection is the blue shiny Chokadai Collars collection from Chardok.

I'm willing to bet all 7 are for sale right now on the broker, just a matter of how much you're willing to spend to get it immediately. Last time I saw a full set auctioned off it went for like 40 or so plat IIRC.
