So just to be clear... this is the adornment I want on both my weapons right?? According to Pants.... I think

Yes, I would put them on both weapons.
If you have power issues, get Phantom.

You can also put a Vampiric in Primary and a Phantom in Secondary.

mythical is the damage part
battleaxe is damage

if power is looking rough i switch to segmented with power adorn

OK, my % to hit from my last few parses are

Shard of hate all but byzola
slash 84.51
pierce 84.52

VP 3rd wing
slash 70.73
pierce 74.41

So yeah, + damage adornments are the best that I see at the moment.. Maybe veskar will have better, we will know when its released.
