Melee attacks which had secondary effects will no longer apply on a miss.

The Dispatch and Rake lines will now hit slightly more often.

Sinister Strike should no longer debuff the target if it misses.

I am pretty sure it is when you cast it. This is to prevent an exploit with it. I used it to get up to the torch in EFP a few months ago.

yeah safehouse when put on a location rather then person uses all locations including vertical. so jump- insta cast safehouse at the top of the jump- fall down- kill yourself- zap up to the mid air safehouse point- rinse/repeat- at least that's how I woulda done it if I were tryin to mess with it.

I had it at the beginning of rok for a week and then got rid of it for Honour again
maybe on maestro when odds happen ur rooted no cure pot ready and aria is about to hit and ur healer is out of cure range already

I misunderstood the change. Its a change to the inital cast, not to the effect going off. =)
