He is NOT referring to AR duration, mount durations, and etc.

What Tenure does fuck up is beneficial DOTs. It was the same thing it used to do to hostile DOTs until they fixed it. It extends the duration of them without giving us any benefit, making it take longer to give the normal effect.

For example:

Cloak of Woven Leaves

Without Tenure - 16 seconds to restore 116 power and every 4 seconds.
WITH Tenure - 17.9 seconds to restore 116 power and every 4.9 seconds.

Darkness Heart
Without Tenure - 20 seconds to restore 80 power and every 4 seconds.
WITH Tenure - 22.4 seconds to restore 80 power and every 4.4 seconds.

Essence of Clarity
Without Tenure - 30 seconds to restore 57 power and every 5 seconds.
WITH Tenure - 33.6 seconds to restore 57 power and every 5.5 seconds.

Anyways, I think I've made my point. It's beneficial DOTs that Tenure makes worse, we're not bitching about the beneficial duration in general.

All they would need to do to fix it is apply the same fix they did when they fixed its affect on hostile DOTs, but apparently they're too fucking stupid to do that.

Power isn't an issue anymore.

It's *all* beneficial DOTs, not just power related. I only happened to have those power related items in my inventory. It affects heals as well.

It's not a huge deal no, but it's still broken and screwed up and needs to be fixed.

No one care about that 3 seconds lost of power procs, as nobody have any problems with power, that can intend you to use hearts, or bottles. Even without chanter in your group, u always have nearly 100% mana all time using

No shit, Tenure is one of the dirty little secrets we clutch to. If they fix it on your heal potions they fix it on EVERYTHING and probably break it in the process.
