you can check other class for forums, as some of us post parses there too. And McKey is on vacation btw for a few weeks
right but i mean in that particular zone i want to know, zonewide, what classes had higher dps than him, and by how much.

doesnt have to be mckey, but anyone who posts a parse id be interested in knowing.

my guild isnt avatar killing by any means, so seeing 'oh mckey did 14k zonewide', well fuck that doesnt help me that much. id love to see a screenshot of the raid parse right below the screenshot of the player parse

I don't think Anathi is a good example
too many factors not under your control

anashti is a fine example. all the detriments on that fight can be easily dealt with

So anashti is an example of how good the detriments are dealt with?

therefore your DPS is proportional to your healers curing.

therefore it is correct in saying that, depending on your team mates and guildies, that there are alot of uncontrolable variables

nah, if your healers arnt curing you and others then get new ones?

edit: ive never gotten to the point where i couldnt parse on that fight cause of detriments... curing is easy on that fight since the ae's are gimp as fuck there should be no reason detriments should sit on anyone.

the underlined and bolded stuff emphasize the point i was trying to make, yes, you can be cured, but being cured is OUT OF YOUR CONTROL.

i see your point

yes it is out of your control, and it is for everyone. just like byzola last exp, your dps was more reliant on cures, curses, and class adds. However that didnt stop people from posting/comparing parses on that fight. if your in guilds killing anashti id hope you would at least have some competent healers. so yes it may be a fight where you have to be more reliant on others but if they cant do their job what are they doing in raid? anashti is still a good fight you can compare parses on, the encounter is the same for everyone so posting and comparing the fight is perfectly fine...
