where is the best place to be leveling? ive done most of the SS quests and was wondering if I would be better off just grinding in a place like permafrost or Sol.

On another note, i have a friend who just came back and is level 65,should he be leveling in Kylong Plains or in KoS?

65- Do Kos questlines and LP questlines along with t7 instances.
51- DoF instances/dungeons, and I think you're appropriate level for Lfay questlines. I think CoI, and Klakanon are also decent experience for low 50's (its been awhile since I've been that level, so I could be wrong).
