Is anybody using \aITEM 360585556 2117497052:Neckerchief of the Winter Bandit\/a.

I wonder if the Stats are scaling. Cause 1crit, 1haste and 15CA are ok if they do not scale with the Level to 0,6 Crit, 0,6 haste and about 10CA at Level 80 Mobs.

I don't believe stats are scaling yet.. At least I haven't heard anything 'officially'. and No. I wouldn't use it when you can get better ones from Seb and a bunch of other mobs.

I guess if your running group instances only, then yeah, its a current solid choice.
