First of all, thanks for the tips. He really is improving and has all but stopped whinning that my Coercer needs to be nerfed because he can't out parse me.

I do have him in the JCap rotation but I'm the lone Troubadour right now.

Khronos is a RL friend so I know he gives his all. For that reason, I'm working to find the best possible slot for him to maximize his potential. I've tried him:

> Illusionist; Troubadour; Fury; Wizard; Warlock/Mage
> Illusionist; Dirge; Inquisitor; Ranger; Wizard
> Paladin; Dirge; Mystic; Inquisitor; Bruiser

Keep in mind we are a casual guild that raids twice a week. Raiding isn't our focus. The above is actually what I generally have with a few Assassin's and Swashbuckler's as the other potentials.

I say this to ask, given this raid, where would you guys want to be?

Illy, Dirge, Inquis, Rang, Wiz

This is about as ideal a group as I could ask for.
I tend to snivel and whine if I dont get an illy and dirge.
The inquis and wiz are nice bonus as well.
And of course the ranger will also snivel and whine (and possibly cry) if he doesn't get to be in this group as well.

Wiz

Door #2 is the most complete buffage for a casual raider - he'd get haste, dps mod and dirge procs... inquis buffs... Make sure the illy is giving IA to whoemever uses it the best. It SHOULD be the ranger, but if the ranger isn't up to snuff get IA to your brig and he's got no excuses.

(Both other grps are VERY solid imo - he should parse well in any)
