Are there any good Off-Hand-Weapon in TSO. I still use my Battleaxe of Venom from SoH. Still think it is the best for max. DPS, if you do not raid Avatars.

based on its damage spread i'd give a shot for testing if i could get one. unfortunately it was droped only once for us.

battleaxe of venom damage is 59-337...sabre is 67-379...how can you even think the proc could make up for almost 15% difference in weapon attack max damage?

The sabre is better hands down, no questions asked, how can you not tell? Why test it?
I can already tell you the sabre will do much more dps than the bov.

Of course Talon and the new avatar weapons are even better...but they require to raid contested mobs...
