What's so special about Dagger of Marnek? Is lootdb wrong (as usual) ?

VP Leggings not better than Dauntless?

Ethernaut Dreamer cloak better than Overlord/Antonias Cloak of the Formidable Warrior (the cloak you get for finishing sig no matter what)?
Being as we can only choose dreamer cloak or meatcleaver not sure which to go with (I hope to complete this week). We do naga weekly so saber is not out of reach for me, the ones above probably are for some time still. Trak cloak is a possibility for me, RE2...I really don't see 5% reuse as being all that useful on a brig. How much CA mod is our effective cap anyway?
