Yes, but only to 26 seconds max

Make some changes:
+ avatar belt
+ two best non-raid charm (from Miragul's and Ykesha's)
+ loot from Anashti (imho ear is the best right now)
+ some shoulders i think

I'll work with legend sets in near future. About cloak - yes, i think re2 cloak is better than trak's one in this expansion. Dunno about overlord's cloak, i'll find link and add it later. Thanks for helping me guyz

Yes it'll stack - however max dispatched duration when using at least two pieces of those two sets is 26 seconds. If you have only one of those two sets and have at least 2 pieces of that particular set then you'll get "only" 24 sec dispatched duration.

I want to ask you a serious question, guyz. It's really hard to comparing this shit for me right now. Ofc I can easy say Annihilator's Loop -> Jewel of Many Colors -> Blackened Void-Metal Stud -> Dragonclaw Loop. But why the fuck do i need to wear all this crap shit over dragonclaw's if i have 105+ static meleecrit and 100+ da without mythic proc in raid (ofc ia or bc is always on me). Same things with rings. Cause there isn't any serious tso ear, ring or wrist with +ca. Right now i wear Dragonclaw+Ethernauts & SoBetrayal+Disarming. And there are only two things i want to use over it - Ring of Tormenting an may be Hoop of Darkened Desolation. I think any brig killing Zarrakon, for example, can understand me. But i don't see any way to put it all in list. Any suggestions?
And yeap, 6 set bonus burns like hell, bertox charm is godly overpowered and new avatar chest is best choice you ever did And blablabla

Imo I don't think it really matters trying to put in a perfect list because if you can get that gear you should already know what stuff you should be wearing based on your current setup. I find the list order fine as it is now.

Sometimes there is a clear winner (offhand weapon for instance) and sometimes the better piece is situational.
For Trak I wear almost my full vp set; the rest of the time I wear 1 or 2 pieces at most. TSO raiding crit mit becomes overwhelmingly desireable, otherwise it is unimportant.
The list is a great tool but it's no substitute for a brain.
