All ya gotta do is by the Onslaught Mantle for 20 shards and then go the the guy on LS docks and ya get a slight upgrade.

+1DA, 20 CA, some hps and stuff

if anyone can inform me exactly what happened with spell damage / proc nerfs it'd be sweet

i was under the impression that the wasted wilderness shoulders are still pretty good (because poisons are still spells) but it's been taken off the list replaced with t3 shoulders i guess.

if i had anything better i'd parse it out myself to see what's worthwhile but right now all i have is that shit off the dude in ToMC and wilderness,

procs not critting anymore, so as poisons. +base spell damage won't effect on procs (and poisons) too. based on this, the part of + base spell damage on wilderness shoulders is completely useless.

guess i should look at my stats more frequently, hadn't noticed that i wasn't getting an increase from it on my poisons
