Yes, last time i checked, they added 40 Haste to Gloves and 2 MC bonus on the pants.

Also there is now a 5 set bonus on the x4 gear, called Mortal "Lifetap"
- inflicts magic damage
- heals caster
- triggers 2.0 times per minute

i logged in saw +2MC on forearms.. I assume that got moved to pants?
