Some devs stated that it shold normaly go live during the first half of march unless they had unexpected problems...so hopefully very soon

looks like they improved some pieces a bit.

Head: 2 melee crit bonus
Shoulders: 2 more base combat art damage
Chest: 5 melee crit and 100 CA damage
Forarms: 2 more melee crit
Gloves: 40 Haste
Legs: 2 melee crit bonus
Boots: 2 base CA damage
