Loved my ultimate main in EQ1, Enchanter, so rolled one here on 11/8/04. Go to 50 casting 3 minute breezes . . . saw no end-game role for the class . . . rolled a Swash and a Fury to box with.

Raided the Swash until the Guild needed a Brigand, so I rolled one and an Inquisitor to box with. Found the two rogues played very much the same style in raids, with Swash positioning a little more critical to high-dps.

While I miss the extraordinary personal DPS of the Swash, I love the Brigand's role in Raids and (IMO) superior solo/duo play and versatility. And we shoot a pretty good stick in raids, too

Of the six different classes I have at L70 and have raided with (yeah, I have a Necro too), the Brigand is the most fun.

Let's hope the next expansion is an expansion, not a revolution

Hiya, prolly one of only none former tanks here

Started out playing as a conjy didn't get to far with her though. When EoF came out, I rolled a fae swashie. I fell in love with her instantly, she was perfect. I'm a roleplayer so her being a adorable little pirate was ideal. During this time I realised what a pain heading to and from Kelethin was. So, I planned to leave kelethin as soon as I could but I wouldn't just go swashie to swashie, couldn't see the point. So, I betrayed to a brigand at 52. Best desision I ever made, raiding as he is so much fun! Even though the class hat looks like the hamburglers hat she is a delight to play First and only level 70 character.

this was always my main character, she was just originally a swash and i betrayed.

Story I am sure you heard before... Was a day one ranger, Bane went on hiatus for Vanguard play, I left VG came back resurrected Bane with a couple of others, then made a brigand alt to level up to get in a raid guild with, guild got back together recently, brigand stayed main.

Assassins even pwn brigands on the heal parse.

Paperclip

My main was a wizzy named Ratzilla. Quit the game for a couple years, came back, made Paperclip, and have been dispatching since then.
