i've got a 63 brigand right now spec'd for 1h and was thinking of going DW. How are those of you that are DW spec'd?

You just asked a question we've answered time and time again, over and over, and i'm getting tired of all these noob brigands saying omg i'm 51, omg i'm 63, omg i'm a noob please tell me what's better... dw or 1h. The answer is simple none is better, pick what you want it doesn't make a different when it comes to brigands. If that ever changes we'll let you know, otherwise just play your class you like to play and stop asking the god damn question. It's going to be the same everytime. Read the posts.....

im also DW spec'd Str/Agi , it just works better for me than wis does

Yeah im Specced Str/Agi and using Dw's. I might be using Shitty dw's thou. Sarik fang and dirk of negativity but my parsers are pretty good. Around 1800 and if im in a good grp 2000+.

What i noticed when i changed from 1h to dws is that my dps is more stable now. With 1 hand it could jump from 1200-2200 often. Now im steady at 1800-2200 base. Alot better.
And the fact that u can squize in a few more CA in Double up is always nice ;)
