Well I would have to agree with Pantz when it comes to not waiting for Deceitfulness or Ruthless Cunning. Use them! This is where people screw up the most, it's and extra boost for your dps and it's not a long timer. Use it everytime it's up unless you think you desperately need it for the next named. Remember that zone parses say more then one named fight so don't lose out a lot of dps by waiting to use these two temp buffs on named. Another thing I've used on jousting fights is whenever the "out" is called i throw my ranged attack as I'm backing out, then when I know the aoe is gonna go off and I'll be running in I use sneak run in and hit skewer. That way I can use the quicker Hideaway when I am in on the mob. Sneak I normally only use on the outs that way it saves time with your dps.

For the brigands who can't seem to keep Traumatic swipe up I have no answer for that except you might be retarded. It lasts what 34.5 seconds and the recast is 30 seconds. Provided you took the right AA's. Seriously keep that up it's huge, for what someone said earlier time it when you are running out right before the AOE to ensure that it is affected. If you have two brigands in a raid here is something to think about. Work with them! This is something a lot of people don't do enough. If he is going to hit some offensive debuffs first and dispatch first then work around it. You run in and hit what hes not going to, like running in and immediately casting your DOT's then more damage and following behind his debuffs. This way the mob is almost constantly if not constantly debuffed.

To go along with what Pantz said with not waiting for Ruthless Cunning and Deceitfulness, same thing goes for Dispatch. For gods sake if it's up unless the mob is about to die use it! I've seen far to many brigands and some from big guilds not using it enough. I had a brigand use Dispatch 5 times the entire matron encounter. The other brigand in raid I talked to used it 20 according to ACT. That's just ridiculous. If it's up use it whatever it is, but put some thought into it......I.E. don't cast dispatch when the trash mob is at 5 percent health.

Yeah, I have them macro'd together for ease of use.

I think the biggest impact would be arraigning your combat arts so they are in the order in which you click them... so your not all over the place when it comes to clicking and having to remember which order is the most damage efficient.

I'm still perfecting this ... got new equip and unequip macros to maximize str or resists of a certain type =)... took 20 minutes to set them all up.. but eh, its worth it!

I find this CA order on most mobs. I find it works well to maximize not only my dps, but raid dps as well due to the order I get the debuffs off in. (Note: Switch out Walk the Plank for Traumatic Swipe if you're specced str, I have the pleasure of not having to spec that way )

Sneak/Skewer
Ruckus
Despairing Thrust
Walk the Plank
Dispatch
Devitalize
Ruinous Rake
Stab
Disembowel
Restrain
Malicious Assault
Sinister Strike (if applicable)
Double Up
Band of Thugs
Shrouded Blade
Sideswipe
Deceitful Blow
Revoke
Underground Negotiations

Putting Shrouded blade and sideswipe earlier in the rotation will enable them to be up when you finish your combat art routine due to the 10 second refresh timers =)
