Rogue and Summoner Balancing

* Summoners will function in tandem with rogues by becoming the spell debuffers.
* Rogues will split melee debuffing tasks.
* Can use either rogue and either summoner to raid instead of needing all four.
* Improve scout pet to be a single target focused damage pet with while the mage pet is a ranged and area of effect damage source.
* Dumbfire pets will likely become a damage and debuff based attack.

Taking more stuffs away from brigands, that is just pure lack of imagination. the "new" raid should just ignore all scouts and take all casters with a summoner. Tada, make all scouts undesirable.

Just an idea, How about they increase the Phys mit Debuff and make it so while Dispatch is active it makes the mob's aoe's a frontal instead of an AoE/AE so that melee classes can stay on the mob's back and DPS. This could prove useful and make it so that troub's are hitting the Brig with JC prior to Dispatch being used. This would give Dispatch a very useful feature and help the melee classes be able to DPS more. But above all if the Magical debuff goes they ABSOULUTELY must increase the phys mit debuff by a substantial amount. Just my 2cp.

We already hit mit debuff caps on most mobs so increasing the amount is totally meaningless

I hope that this line "Can use either rogue and either summoner to raid instead of needing all four." really emphasizes the 'can' and raids will still overwhelmingly want both rogues to clear stuff the fastest and easiest.

And yeah, I am just the shittiest brigand ever and I suck and so on. I suck so hardcore. I was not whining or anything. I am just saying I have options and I can play what the guild needs. I am not gonna panic. I went through ranger fixes (was my original main) and brigand fixes (made cause guild needed one at the time and it was after the AR fix) and never /wristed or chicken littled. So, lighten up Francis.

alot of people dont have another toon they can play and/or their guilds dont need any other class in the raid. which kinda screws that idea over

The changes assume that rogues are necessary for raids which is just BS. The only thing that rogues are need for is casting TS. You only need one for that. And that is only needed up to the point that raid mobs become trivial. After that you don't need debuffers of any sort. Just blow the shit up.
