Damage shields are problematic for you as a wizard? These screenshots speak for themselves:

Swashbuckler incoming damage (Xythus Aransta) 1 trigger every 4.5 seconds on average

Wizard incoming damage (same named) 1 trigger every 13.5 seconds on average (lulz - you can self cure it each time!)

The point is not get a 2nd brig, the point is raids can and do function with practically zero difference if the Brig is online or not.
that is not the same if the MT is not about, or the Healers etc etc.
some fights id not like to try without a 4 chanters, cant say there are any fights id be worried about being successful on if there was no Brig.

As Koldsteel said fast attack scouts like rogue are at a disadvantage on mobs with Damage shields that cripple your offense. I tend to miss a lot more. Seems like without hexation I constantly have damage shield effects on me. It's even worse with us cause nothing pisses me off more then starting my CA's for Double Up only to have the damage shield that makes you hit for 1 or miss hit mid combo or right as I click double up and ruins the combo. Fuckin annoyin.

I'm not trying to argue that wizards have anything worse btw Koldsteel. I think everyone gets shit on in one way or another. With wizards its all or nothing though. If we resist or the spell hits on the lower end, we lose a lot of dps. Our spells are big, we take bigger hits (with dps) when we actually do get hit with something (resist, interrupts, stifle, stun, fear, etc etc).
