Vampiric Handle would do about 2%ish damage zone wide or so? I really never bothered to check absolute % on my parse before I changed. I'm now using Phantom Handle and through the avatar fight that same day, I was able to use Poisoned Seeds and not have to switch to breach, with one power regen in group. Seems to be a better choice to me, at the moment.
