With the possibility of TS missing it can sometimes be crucial to have it land. 3 TS'ers increase the number w/ out over utilizing the Rogue in a raid imo.
Also, equally important, is the precise timing of the AE and calls for it in Vent/TeamSpeak etc. I've found that it is much easier to know I have 20 seconds to land TS rather than just spamming a low dps CA
