Should just make it an ability you can cast, make it like 1-3 min recast or w/e. A proc teleport could throw you off at times and be more trouble then its worth imo.

Or maybe it could proc whenever you get hit?

On a successful melee attack this spell has a chance to cast <insert effect name here> on caster. Lasts for 10 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 1.8 times a minute.
Removes the need for position when using positional attacks.

with stuning ur attacker, or not allowing him to turn after u for a while. if not, then u won't take any advantage with that.

We definately need it to have a perma buff on it that changes Double Up to Triple Up while equiped and increases triple up tiem to previous 4 secs.

Then we will hear some rangers crying :-)

what is our first priority? debuffing, thats right, so i rather would see an effect on it which increases our top priority, then i would worry about triple up, positional attack removing stuff, which i would like tbh, but to be realistic all those effects on 1 weapon would make it too overpowered.

apart from aa lines there is no way you can increase your debuffs, in amount especially as we can keep all debuffs on a mob constantly with tenure. and there is no other stuff out there which would increase debuff amounts

aye a 5-10% increase to all debuffs would be nice also. And easier to balance. But Triple Up would still ROCK.......even though it will never happen lol

If Lockeye had any input, you could add this to the weapon

Reduces the reuse timer on cheapshot by 20 seconds
Adds 20% hit bonus on Revoke
- If standing behind target
On sucessful attempt, 10% chance to cast "Covered in Shit" on the Brigand
- Makes Swashys in AoE area laugh at you for 15 seconds

i wouldnt mind see a USEFUL (Can you read that SOE, USEFUL unlike the crap on the EoF fabled set) proc that truely effects Brigs like a self jesters.

On sucessful Dispatch, 50% chance to reduce recast timer on Dispatch by 40%

IMO this would be awsome for landing swipe.
