the 10% thing is kinda joke, and it would be barely noticable tbh. I like pantz's proc idea tho!! never having to re-apply poisons would be so awesome.
well yes, it is not too good, and we have the eof aa tree to increase certain debuffs, and i like the idea of pantz or your one really much. my idea should be only a simple example of what the epic weapon should do, and thats increasing debuffs imo, even if the whole ideas with proccing tripple up, dmg procs, double attacks etc really really sound tempting

Yea I agree, even tho a lot of people seem to focus on dps ( which isn't bad) I'd much rather see a debuff oriented proc then anything else. All imho of course.

Another I idea for a proc would be to have the next debuff last twice as long as it's normal time.

I guess it would kinda be useless tho in the end since most of our debuffs are on all the time neways, but the idea of dispatch lasting 38 seconds.....hmmmm now THAT is tempting lol

Effect:
On a successful attack your poison will trigger on 50% of all attacks, lasts for 15 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 2.1 times per minute.

Effect:
On a successful attack your poison has a 100% chance to crit, lasts for 25 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 2.1 times per minute.

Haha I don't think it would last that long it would practically be up all the time maybe like 12 seconds or something.

i'd take a "2.0/min 15s duration base damage of all poisons increased by 50%"

if we're stuck on poisons.

or a "2.0/min lasts for 10s, next mitigation debuff is increased in effectiveness by 50%"

ID rather see a a plus 50 dps static buff on the weapon
Ragebringer had a static 40% haste buff on it

and a Dispatch enahance that increases the effectiveness of the mitigation debuff by 20%
or hastens the recast by lets say 20sec

whati actually dont wanna see is something that let me proc AE dmg
because if i wanted that I had rolled a swash work your fucking ass off you nubs to get some decent AoE dmg parse

And I also completley disagree to Pickme if ur such a lazy ass then its prolly you that should go back to eq2players brigand forum because that suggestion is the utter shit how many fucking large groups are in this game , 3 ? I think you talk about the 2 groups of 4 vamps in FTH
the horse group on the way to the 2nd floor in EH and dude honest when my dispatch is up i get it in along with the other debuffs you mentioned without any trouble

I never assumed id hear such a bullshit coming out of your mouth
the positioning is actually the reason why I play this class i dont need a easy mode proc effect that would only lessen my fun playing the class the spell consolidation will prolly fuck it up enough

and I prolly left TonT out but that Zone doesnt count for me since its a pointless not necessary timesink due to the lack of creativity of some devs

Increasing the length of Dispatch x2 and a proc of Double Attack at an acceptable level - together would be my vote.
